# 1年生がフィールドワークを実施しました

### 今年度も多くの企業や団体などの皆様にお世話になりました

少し前になりますが、11月11日(火)に1年生がフィールドワークを実施しました。

本校の課題研究は、1年次はグループで研究を進めます。グループ毎に研究対象やテーマを決めて、校外でのインタビュー活動を通して課題や、その課題の解決方法を考えます。このインタビュー活動を本校ではフィールドワークと呼んでいて、社会の最前線で働いている人たちとの対話は、社会に対する理解や関心を育てる場であり、自分たちの研究課題を深く考える貴重な機会です。フィールドワークは、課題研究の柱のひとつになっています。

フィールドワーク実施先は、生徒たちが希望するところに自分たちでアポイントを取りました。忙しい中で対応していただく限られた時間を有効に使えるように、各グループが質問をスライドにまとめるなど準備を進め、迎えた当日でした。この日は終日フィールドワークに使うことができたので、時間をうまく利用して2か所を訪問するグループもありました。

今年度の1年生のフィールドワーク先をいくつか紹介します。(※敬称略)

今年度のフィールドワークも、受け入れてくださった皆様のご厚意で無事に終えることができました。お忙しい中、貴重なお時間をありがとうございました。

以下は、フィールワークを終えた生徒が提出した報告書から、感想の抜粋です。  
「地産地消は地域の農業を応援するものという認識が自分の中で強かったが、それだけでなく、観光面、環境面、経済面など様々な面の問題解決につながるものだということが分かった。地産地消は農産物の売買だけでなく、人と人のつながりも重視しているということだ。」  
「賃上げは労働者のモチベが上がる、求人における競争力の維持や向上などのメリットがある一方、総人件費の増加や、新人と既存社員の賃金格差などのデメリットもあり、生産性の向上や社員の公平性も求められていることが分かった。賃上げは労働者の生活改善などに大きな効果をもたらすが、働きやすい環境づくりも重要だと感じた。」  
「音楽がもたらす営業について、CMの制作に携わっている方にお話をお聞きした。音楽が具体的にどのように心に影響をもたらしているのかを今後より詳細に探究していく上で、今回のフィールドワークは土台になると思った。」  
「フィールドワークで子どもの“美育”だけでなく、美育や美術がどんなものなのかを深く知ることができた。最後に先生がひとりの美術家として対話してくださり、自分自身の美術への向き合い方などについても学ぶことができた。多くの学びを得られた良い機会だった。」
